Cagrilintide + Semaglutide Blend

Cagrilintide + Semaglutide Blend combines two acylated peptides:

Cagrilintide – 39-amino acid DACRA with C20 fatty di-acid and Cys3-Cys8 disulfide bridge.

Semaglutide – 31-amino acid GLP-1 receptor agonist with Aib8 and C18 fatty di-acid at Lys26.

Both feature fatty acid modifications for albumin binding. Combined lyophilized powder requiring reconstitution. Store at -20°C.
